A Legacy of Advocacy and Impact
Cathy Griffith’s leadership at Sideline Cancer has been nothing short of extraordinary. Under her guidance, the organization has made significant strides in pancreatic cancer awareness, patient assistance, and community-driven fundraising efforts.
- National and Regional Advocacy: Through the Sideline Cancer TBT Basketball Team, the mission of pancreatic cancer awareness has reached national and international audiences. Closer to home, the Sideline Cancer Athletics AAU Basketball and Softball Teams continue to inspire young athletes to play for a purpose.
- Sideline Cancer Patient Assistance Program: One of the most impactful aspects of the organization’s work is empowering students and schools to support cancer patients in their communities. To date, students in Central Pennsylvania have raised over $200,000 for more than 50 cancer patients, offering financial relief and hope to families in need.
